Adipurush is an upcoming Indian epic mythological film based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film is written and directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, the film stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage.



Adipurush is one of the most expensive Indian films ever made with a budget of ₹500 crore (US$63 million). The film is scheduled to be theatrically released on 16 June 2023.

In the film, Prabhas plays the role of Rama, a powerful warrior who is sent to Lanka to rescue his wife Sita from the demon king Ravana, played by Saif Ali Khan. Kriti Sanon plays the role of Sita, a beautiful and intelligent woman who is kidnapped by Ravana.

Sunny Singh plays the role of Lakshmana, Rama's brother and loyal companion. Devdatta Nage plays the role of Hanuman, a monkey god who helps Rama in his quest to defeat Ravana.

Adipurush is a visually stunning film with some of the best action sequences ever seen in an Indian film. The film is sure to be a blockbuster hit and will be a treat for fans of Indian mythology.
